Mr. Razzaq is a Stanford alumnus with commercial acumen and negotiating skills having an extensive experience of leading high profile initiatives within global Oil and Gas industry. He has in depth Knowledge of complete chain of oil and gas sector from upstream reservoir engineering to downstream industry – refining of crude oil, transmission and distribution of gas. He has expertise in contractual and financial regimes specially formulation of commercial strategy and coordination of technical, fiscal, legal, and contractual teams to optimize and secure material value; wide understanding of exploration and production fiscal (PSC, RSC and Concessions) regimes and analysis of fiscal changes. Negotiate and/or modify the E&P contracts; Negotiate gas and oil sale agreements with an insight of energy pricing mechanism up to downstream major consumers. He is well versed in Economic Model development, use of software’s, auditing model for quality assurance, identification and evaluation of discrete/cumulative impact of key parameters. He served in a number of well reputed firms throughout his careers like BHP Billiton, Haggler Baily Pakistan, National Refinery Ltd. etc.
