Mr. Bhatti is a registered professional electrical engineer having more than 45 years of experience to his credits in electrical power generation, transmission and distributions system of Pakistan as well as of Middle East countries. He has visited England, France, and Germany to attend various training courses on power plant protection techniques, fault recorder on modern power system, EHV transmission line designing, testing and maintenance of power transformers as well as other management courses. During his long career in WAPDA/ MEPCO, he worked on construction of second 500 KV Terbela- Gatti transmission lines, 200 KV grid station at Sahiwal, Faisalabad, testing/ commissioning of 500 KV Dadu grid, 132 KV K.S.Kaku- Narang line, installation of Metering Equipment at IPPs Power Stations of Fauji Kabirwala, Rousch and AES Lalpir. Mr. Bhatti also worked with Royal Commission of Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 7-8 years where he was responsible for construction and O&M of power transformers of 125 MVA, 13.8/115 KV along with GIS and associated switchgear and 13.8, 34.5 & 115 KV cable network.
Mr. Bhatti also worked with NESPAK as their Sub-Station Specialist and undertook commissioning/ testing of 500 KV Sahiwal, Lahore and Rewat Grid Stations. Since 2007, Mr. Bhatti has been holding position of Chief Electrical Engineer in PIE and responsible for setting of 50 MW captive power plant and power supply arrangement system at Sunder Industrial State.
